Job Summary
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Rack and stacking Server lifting up to 50lb weight.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Install and configure systems which support infrastructure and/or R&D activities.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Conducting daily backup operations.
- Managing technical documentation.

- Asset Management includes 4 physical asset audits per year
- Need to track inventory any time
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
- A Linux or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.
- Forman deployment experience
- Ansible experience
- RHEL CENTOS ROCKY UBUNTU and other Linux base OS installation management and support
- Asset Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
