This role is responsible for translating business objectives into effective marketing sales and customer engagement strategies across all target segments.
Job duties and Responsibilities
1 | Develop and execute the global/regional marketing and sales strategy aligned with the Components MRO business plan. |
2 | Own revenue growth order intake and customer acquisition targets for the Components MRO portfolio. |
3 | Lead market segmentation pricing strategy value proposition development and competitive positioning. |
4 | Oversee key account management sales pipeline management and forecasting accuracy. |
5 | Define go-to-market strategies for new components repairs service offerings and capability expansions. |
6 | Drive branding digital marketing customer communications and trade show participation. |
7 | Establish sales KPIs dashboards and performance reviews; ensure disciplined CRM usage. |
8 | Collaborate with operations and engineering to align capacity turnaround times and customer commitments. |
9 | Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority limits to maximize margin and customer value. |
10 | Build develop and lead a high-performing sales and marketing organization. |
