Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced MarTech Architect with strong expertise in Adobe and enterprise marketing technology ecosystems. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end marketing architecture driving digital transformation and enabling scalable data-driven and personalized customer experiences across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end MarTech architecture covering web platforms analytics personalization campaign management and customer data platforms (CDP).
- Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across both front-end and back-end layers.
- Architect and integrate modern web platforms along with marketing technology ecosystems and third-party tools.
- Lead analytics strategy and implementation including data design tracking frameworks reporting and insights enablement.
- Design and manage tag management frameworks including data layer architecture (event-driven and traditional models).
- Drive personalization and experimentation strategies enabling targeted customer experiences.
- Architect and implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions including:
- Real-time customer data management
- Identity resolution and segmentation
- Activation across marketing channels
- Enable integrations with conversational AI and advanced customer engagement platforms.
- Lead campaign management and orchestration implementations across enterprise marketing tools.
- Design and implement B2B and B2C marketing automation solutions.
- Drive customer lifecycle orchestration and platform migrations where applicable.
- Ensure best practices in data governance privacy consent management and data quality.
- Define MarTech roadmaps transformation strategies and architectural standards.
- Lead client interactions including discovery sessions solution design discussions demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing technology with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and architectural governance across programs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 16 years of experience in Marketing Technology Digital Architecture or MarTech Consulting.
- Strong expertise in enterprise marketing platforms including Adobe ecosystem and marketing automation tools.
- Proven experience with enterprise integrations APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of:
- Customer data platforms (CDP)
- Identity resolution
- Personalization strategies
- Omnichannel customer journeys
- Experience working in client-facing and consulting environments.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-platform marketing ecosystems and integrations.
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing personalization or conversational platforms.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
