Key Skills Youll Use or Learn:
Paving & Surface Work
- Operate or assist with asphalt pavers rollers and other equipment
- Help install smooth durable asphalt surfaces for driveways roads parking lots and more
Site Prep & Layout
- Set up job sites safely and efficiently
- Assist in grading drainage setup and preparing gravel foundations before paving
Attention to Detail
Help ensure all paving meets quality standards and project specifications
Work on both residential and commercial jobsincluding schools parks athletic tracks and subdivisions
Teamwork & Communication
Work closely with a crew and foreman to get the job done right
Follow directions clearly and communicate effectively with others on-site
Physical Work & Safety
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift carry and work on your feet for long periods
Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe
