Infrared Laborer

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Infrared Laborer to lead a crew responsible for infrared asphalt repair role is essential to the success of our field crews it will require teamwork reliability and a strong work ethic. Hands-on work assisting with asphalt placement surface preparation cleanup and general job site support. The ideal candidate is safety-minded physically capable and comfortable working outdoors in hot and physically demanding environments.

• Assist asphalt paving crews withlaydown raking shoveling and smoothing asphalt
• Support site preparation activities includinggrading sweeping cleaning and edge work
• Work alongside paver operators roller operators and foremen to maintain production flow
• Assist withpatching pothole repair milling prep and surface repairs
• Load and unload tools materials and equipment from trucks and trailers
• Operate hand tools and small equipment such aslutes rakes shovels plate compactors and blowers
• Direct traffic and set up / removecones barricades and signageas required
• Maintain a clean organized and safe job site at all times
• Follow allOSHA MSHA (if applicable) and company safety policies
• Perform daily jobsite cleanup and assist with end-of-day shutdown activities
• Travel between job sites and work flexible schedules including early mornings nights weekends and overtime as required

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass pre-employment screen and criminal background check
• Previous experience in asphalt paving or construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to performheavy physical laborfor extended periods (lifting up to 75 lbs standing bending kneeling shoveling)
• Ability to work outdoors inhot cold dusty and physically demanding conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations
• Strong work ethic dependability and ability to follow direction
• Basic understanding of jobsite safety practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• 1 years of asphalt paving or infrared repair experience
• Strong working knowledge of infrared patching processes compaction and finishing
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work long hours including weekends and evenings as needed
