Job Summary

Were excited to be looking forEmpty Homes Coordinatorto join our busy team to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none and we need you!

Youll be based in our Eastleigh office(SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked froma place of your choosing whether thats at another of our offices a cafe or at home. (Please note this is dependent on business needs)

As part of the role you will be responsible in scheduling coordinating monitoring and proactively managing the administration process by organising the Workforce and Supervisors diaries to deliver an effective service.

Youll work closely with the Empty homes trades team including both Supervisors and Surveyors to effectively coordinate works to make sure all jobs are completed efficiently in a timely-manner.

Were looking for someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic with good attention to detail strong communication skills an excellent telephone manner and a flexible approach to work.
