- Achieve sales target in their responsible territory
- Manages Syngentas business within strategic R1 segments develop activities/program to differentiate and position Syngenta as a preferred supplier
- Works closely with the R1 in mapping identifying and developing a value proposition for its key customers especially strategic R2 segments
- Delivers services organizes trainings retailers meeting and other activities/events according to the specific needs and GTM design
- Manages rebate monitor the effectiveness and provides support needed
- Offer occasional service & in store marketing campaign to R1s
- Supervise coach and evaluate Sales Officers
- Ensure all the rebate program are well managed in his territory to support the regions target. Provide periodic rebate achievement report in all accounts involved
Qualifications :
- Background education of Agriculture/Economic
- 3-5 years experience in sales
- Customer management skills understanding of customer needs
- Understanding agriculture business dynamics and competitive environment
- Understanding of Syngentas GTM strategy especially demand and channel strategy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience and skills in sales
