Within this stream of our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program of our Materials Group Business Unit youll tackle two exciting 12-month assignments in different areas of Operations/Manufacturing. The first 12 months you will be working as a ELS Project Leader in our production site in Rodange - and get the chance to rotate to an assignment in one of our other production sites across Europe in your second year.
Well empower you to take on responsibility quickly while you explore all aspects of our operations. Youll contribute to both day-to-day activities and strategic manufacturing projects. Beyond honing your technical expertise youll have the opportunity to develop strong communication and leadership skills. These skills will be essential as you drive sustainable continuous improvement within the sites and make a lasting impact.
Your tasks may include activities such as:
- Support local & European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering Quality Maintenance and EHS.
- Participate in project work including new equipment installation and machine modifications.
- Execute manufacturing key projects and prepare for potential Teamleader roles in the second rotation.
- Drive sustainable continuous improvement within the sites to ensure a lasting operational impact.
- Support Digital Transformation and Enterprise Lean Six Sigma initiatives across various production sites.

Qualifications :
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Engineering field such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Energy / Industrial / Production / Safety Engineering or equivalent
- Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships project work) ideally in an international manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in English
- Flexibility to relocate for different projects and assignments across Europe during the program
