Job Summary

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing evaluating and onboarding candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle working closely with recruitment coordinators hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient process. You will bring 1-2 years of high-volume full-cycle recruitment experience and possess a Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration Human Resources Recruitment or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An RPR designation is considered an asset.

What would you be doing

Screen resumes conduct interviews and schedule pre-employment testing to identify top talent and support the recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates while collaborating with internal teams to meet departmental hiring needs.
Post job openings on the ATS website and job boards and guide shortlisted candidates through the application process for a positive experience.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system maintaining efficient recruitment operations and clear candidate communication.
Provide regular updates to active candidates and perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Proven relationship-building skills through customer service interactions and experience recruiting technical specialists field/trades personnel and professionals across multiple disciplines.
Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed familiar with job boards HR software databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experienced in conducting behavioural-based interviews across multiple formats (in-person phone video).
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent computer skills with superior interpersonal written and verbal communication abilities.
