Overview
We are hiring Quality Expert Reviewers (German C1-C2 / English B2) for an international operations team based in Dublin city centre. This is a fully on-site role focused on quality review policy compliance and high-risk content evaluation within content moderation operations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform quality reviews of moderated content

Ensure compliance with platform policies and internal guidelines

Review sensitive content across multiple categories

Handle escalations and complex cases

Apply strong cultural linguistic and contextual judgment
Role Details

Salary: 42667 per year
-
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week

Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (08:00 19:00)

Training: 4 weeks on-site

Contract: Permanent
No time off permitted during the first 8 weeks due to training requirements.
Candidate Requirements

German C1C2 level and English B2
-
Minimum 6 months of content moderation experience

Currently living in Ireland

Valid EU or Irish work permit

Availability for fully on-site work in Dublin
