Job Summary
Lead Technician Security Systems
LK Jordan is seeking an experienced Lead Technician for a security systems company located in Schertz TX.
Schedule
MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Scheduled on-call rotation for nights and weekend.
Pay Rate
$24$34 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience with security systems fire alarms CCTV and access control systems
Strong functional and technical knowledge supported by hands-on professional experience
Job Responsibilities
Install service and troubleshoot CCTV security systems fire alarms and access control systems
Communicate effectively with customers coworkers and subcontractors to explain technical concepts and resolve issues
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed materials used and any system issues identified
Organize workload efficiently and work with a sense of urgency including participation in scheduled on-call rotations
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Maintain working knowledge of systems applicable codes and safety best practices
Maintain regular punctual attendance
Accept assignments with a positive flexible and team-oriented attitude
Additional Requirements
Texas Fire Installer License preferred
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
