- Minimum of aBachelors Degree (S1)inCivil EngineeringArchitectural Engineering orArchitecturefrom an accredited university.
- Must hold a validIntermediate Expert Certificate (SKA Ahli Madya)inQuantity Surveying(Code 601) orSKK Level 8 officially recognized by theIndonesian Association of Quantity Surveyors (IQSI)andLPJK.
- A minimum of5 yearsof professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Proven track record inAirport ProjectsorAirport Revitalization with specific experience in managing multidisciplinary cost estimations including structural architectural interior and landscape works.
