Job Summary
- Support the team in setting up guidelines processes & procedures and if necessary validated by research(es) so as to ensure sustainable per-formance improvement.
- Support the team for performance improve-ment this role req. a keen eye to find critical areas of each function including to draw up for operational plans for field services or technical clarification for sales team.
- Supporting the superior & the related . to provide the best-possible-services by be-coming the mentor of the team in comprehend-ing customers needs discovering & revealing options of solutions assessing the options to name a few.
- Develop and deliver technical training modules according to training objectives for both internal and external parties. This also force to perform research to continuously update & enrich with the most recent issues and challenges.
- Identify risks opportunity and strategy especially in technical areas and QHSE that might give impact(s) to the business.
- Continuously update with all necessary know-ledge & info to support his/her functions and for better performance as well as his/her career future developments & aspirations
