Cross-Sell & Whitespace Development
Use Salesforce andPowerBItoidentifywhitespace within accounts and regions.
Qualify opportunities through strategic client outreach and needs assessment.
Launch cross-sell campaigns to introduce new products and data solutions to existing accounts.
Pipeline Generation
Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound campaigns to drive new business opportunities.
Qualify prospects schedule discovery calls and progress leads through the pipeline.
Use CRM and sales engagement tools to ensure consistent follow-up pipeline hygiene andaccuratereporting.
Sales Cycle Support
Shadow live sales cycles across all stagesfrom prospecting to proposal.
Contribute to demos proposal creation and contract execution as skills advance.
Develop commercial acumen through real-time interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
Fluent in Japanese and English
Strong interest in financial markets client engagement and commercial career progression
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Proactive self-starter with resilience intellectual curiosity and growth mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or internship in sales client engagement or financial services
Familiarity with contract terms pricing structures or commercial processes
Demonstrated resilience adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn complex product offerings
