Industrial Account Manager (Entry Level) Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for steel mill and industrial accounts
Build and maintain trusted long-term customer relationships
Communicate customer needs internally across operations and logistics
Coordinate delivery product specifications and service expectations
Conduct regular customer visits and check-ins
Monitor account activity feedback and service levels; resolve issues proactively
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
Prepare quotes proposals and account documentation
Track customer feedback and market trends
Support leadership with pricing renewals and contracts
Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
Continuously develop product operational and industry knowledge

Industrial Account Manager (Entry Level) Qualifications

Bachelors degree required
Experience or strong interest in industrial manufacturing or raw materials operations
Proven client-facing skills and professional demeanor required
Willingness and ability to travel locally and domestically (2040%) required
Valid drivers license required
