Job Summary
Route Sales Representative Japanese Bilingual (Hawaii)

MondayThursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Compensation:
$24-$28/hr during probation period
$57000-$70000 annual salary after probation (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are a growing importer and distributor of Japanese cosmetic and lifestyle products. As a Route Sales Representative you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients mainly Japanese and Asian grocery and variety stores.
Youll provide on-site support such as stocking shelf organization and introducing new products ensuring that our brand presence is strong and consistent. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented enjoys physical work and values clear professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular store visits and shelf management (stocking organizing displaying)
- Verifying labels and price tags ensuring compliance and visibility
- Introducing and promoting new products to stores
- Placing orders and handling shipment coordination
- Communicating with store managers and staff (English communication required)
- Internal communication with the operations team
- Data entry and preparation of sales support materials
Requirements
- Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Valid drivers license (driving required)
- Willingness to travel and participate in a 11.5 month in-office training program at our Irwindale headquarters
- Comfortable with physical tasks and communicating with clients in person
Compensation & Schedule
- $24-$28/hour during the probationary period
- $57000-$70000/year after probation (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday schedule (Friday starts at 10:00 AM)
- Occasional travel required
