A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative group of attorneys and staff while building meaningful long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Draft estate planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts wills durable powers of attorney and advance directives.
- Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies probate issues and related legal matters.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Contribute to the team environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration.
- Admission to the PA bar is required.
- Admission to NJ is a plus
- Strong drafting research and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- A collaborative team-oriented and business-minded approach.
