Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Promotional Sales Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will be the face of our brand engaging directly with customers and promoting our products and services in various retail environments. Your primary objective will be to drive sales through effective communication product demonstrations and creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to promote products and services effectively.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations and provide samples to attract customer interest.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events.
- Track sales performance and report feedback to management.
- Maintain an organized and informative display of promotional materials and products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
