We will count on you to:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business models industry challenges and risk management needs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.

• Assist clients in developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with their overall business objectives.

• Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and management based on best practices and industry standards.

• Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders on risk assessments findings and recommendations

• Work closely with other consulting teams to provide integrated risk management solutions.

• Collaborate with internal experts to leverage specialized knowledge in various risk domains.

• Provide clients with insights and thought leadership on strategic risk management topics.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to client expectations.

• Coordinate project activities resources and timelines to achieve project goals.

What you need to have:

• Hold or on track to achieve a 2:1 or higher in your degree with availability to start in September 2026.

• An aptitude for strategic thinking problem-solving and a passion for analytics.

• Strong teamwork leadership and relationship-building skills across all levels.

• Eligibility to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).

• An interest in our consulting themes is essential; extensive experience or qualifications are not required.

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
