Job Summary

Events Assistant / Personal Assistant

London Hybrid (Office On-site Events) Full-time

A premium design-led food & beverage brand specialising in artisan Japanese matcha and green tea is seeking an Events Assistant / Personal Assistant to support both live brand activations and day-to-day executive administration.

This is a varied hands-on role ideal for someone highly organised proactive and comfortable switching between event delivery and PA responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while also supporting the leadership team with scheduling coordination and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Brand Activations

  • Support planning setup delivery and breakdown of events tastings pop-ups and markets

  • Transport organise and prepare event materials products and equipment

  • Represent the brand at events engaging customers with warmth and professionalism

  • Assist with product education sampling and point-of-sale transactions

  • Ensure brand presentation is polished and consistent

  • Support post-event wrap-up stock checks and feedback collection

Personal Assistant & Administration

  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate calls

  • Provide reminders for upcoming events deadlines and priority tasks

  • Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence

  • Support travel planning and logistics when required

  • Help organise documents files and internal records

  • Provide general administrative support to the leadership team

About You

  • Friendly confident and professional in customer-facing environments

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

  • Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings

  • Able to lift and transport supplies up to 15kg

  • Right to work in the UK

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in events hospitality retail or customer service

  • PA EA or administrative experience

  • Interest in wellness food & beverage or lifestyle brands

  • Experience using Google Workspace calendars or basic CRM tools
