Events Assistant / Personal Assistant
London Hybrid (Office On-site Events) Full-time
A premium design-led food & beverage brand specialising in artisan Japanese matcha and green tea is seeking an Events Assistant / Personal Assistant to support both live brand activations and day-to-day executive administration.
This is a varied hands-on role ideal for someone highly organised proactive and comfortable switching between event delivery and PA responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while also supporting the leadership team with scheduling coordination and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Brand Activations

Support planning setup delivery and breakdown of events tastings pop-ups and markets

Transport organise and prepare event materials products and equipment
-
Represent the brand at events engaging customers with warmth and professionalism

Assist with product education sampling and point-of-sale transactions
-
Ensure brand presentation is polished and consistent
-
Support post-event wrap-up stock checks and feedback collection
Personal Assistant & Administration

Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate calls
-
Provide reminders for upcoming events deadlines and priority tasks
-
Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence
-
Support travel planning and logistics when required
-
Help organise documents files and internal records
-
Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
About You

Friendly confident and professional in customer-facing environments
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
-
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
-
Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings
-
Able to lift and transport supplies up to 15kg
-
Right to work in the UK
Nice to Have

Previous experience in events hospitality retail or customer service
-
PA EA or administrative experience
-
Interest in wellness food & beverage or lifestyle brands
-
Experience using Google Workspace calendars or basic CRM tools
