Turkish-Speaking Studio Manager

Your Role

Leadership & Development: Guide inspire and mentor a large team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Staffing & Operations: Ensure optimal staffing levels manage rotations and coordinate coverage to maintain seamless service.
Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Strategic Adjustment: Review operational and financial data adjusting strategies to consistently meet key performance targets.
Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold company policies and procedures in accordance with global regulations and standards.
Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership HR and cross-functional teams to align with overall operational goals.
Risk & Safety: Develop and enforce risk management strategies to ensure a structured and safe work environment.
Resource Management: Oversee expense management optimize resource use and manage vendor relationships to maintain facility standards.

Your Qualifications

Languages: Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level) with exceptional communication skills.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operations Management role. Experience managing large teams (200 employees) in a fast-paced setting is a significant advantage.
Financial Skills: Basic financial management abilities with experience in budgeting and expense control.
Leadership Style: Proactive adaptable and empathetic with a strong focus on leadership and quality assurance.
Relationship Building: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as required.
Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using modern business technology.
