Your Role

Lead & Motivate: Oversee a diverse team of Game Presenters ensuring high performance professionalism and consistent engagement.
Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) provide regular feedback and implement effective coaching strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure the team delivers an outstanding player experience while meeting all brand standards.
Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless day-to-day studio operations addressing real-time challenges quickly and effectively.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex shift schedules balancing staff availability with operational demands.
Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all live presentations meet company expectations for quality energy and accuracy.
Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and collaborate with senior management to enhance overall team efficiency.
Team Engagement: Foster a positive collaborative team culture that encourages professional growth and excellence.

Your Qualifications

Language Skills: Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a team management or supervisory role preferably within live gaming entertainment or high-end customer service.
People Management: Proven ability to motivate develop and retain a high-performing multicultural team.
Mindset: A customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering engaging gaming experiences.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to stay calm and solve problems effectively in a live high-pressure environment.
Flexibility: Must be able to work a rotational shift schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
