Introduction We are looking for a motivated Team Manager to join the leadership team of a leading gaming studio in Belgrade this role you will lead a team of shufflers ensuring high performance seamless collaboration and strict adherence to company standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of shufflers providing ongoing guidance to support their personal and professional growth.
• Oversee daily team operations in compliance with company policies including attendance tracking and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by encouraging open communication and facilitating regular team interactions.
• Identify individual and team learning needs and coordinate with relevant departments to support training initiatives.
• Ensure all services are delivered consistently in line with company values procedures and key performance indicators.
• Monitor team performance closely and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals through effective team development and leadership.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory position.
• Academic qualifications in a management-related field are highly desirable.
• Prior experience in the E-Gaming or service industry is a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in using productivity software specifically Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
