Role Snapshot
Location: Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam on-site
Work time: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM5:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM12:00 PM
Employment type: Full-time
Salary budget: 1015 million VND gross/month
Benefits: 13th-month salary holiday and year-end bonuses performance-based incentives statutory insurance

The role plays a key part in ensuring timely hiring to support sales engineering and back-office operations.

Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose: Deliver consistent recruitment outcomes by owning end-to-end hiring execution and supporting workforce growth across business functions.
Monthly hiring targets are met according to agreed plans.
Qualified candidate pipelines are maintained for priority roles.
Hiring managers receive timely and accurate recruitment support.
New hires transition smoothly through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Execute recruitment plans and meet monthly hiring targets.
Source candidates via LinkedIn job platforms social media and professional networks.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage job postings and recruitment channels to ensure visibility and quality.
Screen and shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements.
Support employer branding and onboarding activities as assigned.

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Additional HR or recruitment certifications are a nice-to-have.

Professional Experience
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in back-office or corporate roles.
Experience hiring sales technical or engineering positions is a nice-to-have.

Technical Skills
Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn and online job platforms.
Basic proficiency with recruitment tracking tools and MS Office is required.

Knowledge Domain
Recruitment lifecycle management and sourcing strategies.
Understanding of sales and technical hiring contexts is a nice-to-have.

Working Style & Culture
Proactive and well-organized with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Clear and professional communication including in English.
