The Chapman Group is excited to be assisting the team at Fredericton Volkswagen in finding its next Service Advisor. Fredericton Volkswagen is dedicated to delivering a professional customer-first dealership experience with a goal of customer satisfaction on every vehicle and every service visit.

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and is looking for a stable long-term career with opportunities for growth.

What youll do

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
  • Build trust by clearly explaining maintenance and repair needs
  • Create and manage repair orders from start to finish
  • Provide accurate estimates timelines and regular updates
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction

What youll need

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience (automotive experience is an asset not required)
  • Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
  • Confidence working with customers and problem-solving in real time
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset not mandatory
  • Positive professional and team-oriented approach
  • Problem solving and high attention to detail.
