The Chapman Group is excited to be assisting the team at Fredericton Volkswagen in finding its next Service Advisor. Fredericton Volkswagen is dedicated to delivering a professional customer-first dealership experience with a goal of customer satisfaction on every vehicle and every service visit.
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and is looking for a stable long-term career with opportunities for growth.
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Build trust by clearly explaining maintenance and repair needs
- Create and manage repair orders from start to finish
- Provide accurate estimates timelines and regular updates
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
What youll need
Qualifications
- Customer service experience (automotive experience is an asset not required)
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
- Confidence working with customers and problem-solving in real time
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset not mandatory
- Positive professional and team-oriented approach
- Problem solving and high attention to detail.
