Supply Chain Planning and Optimization: Execute and manage the weekly Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) models for designated product lines and geographical regions primarily leveraging the advanced optimization capabilities of the tool. This includes ensuring data accuracy model integrity and timely generation of actionable S&OE plans.
Collaborative Plan Development and Refinement: Serve as a key analytical partner to Supply Chain Managers actively supporting their efforts in the development maintenance and ongoing execution of the S&OE plan. Proactively solicit integrate and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve model parameters assumptions and resultant plan accuracy and effectiveness.
Strategic Scenario Analysis and Modeling: Design build and execute complex scenario models to evaluate potential changes disruptions or investments within the supply chain network. Specifically this involves assessing trade-offs between critical operational objectives such as evaluating the efficiency (e.g. cost optimization utilization rates) versus the resilience (e.g. inventory buffers alternative sourcing risk mitigation) of various supply chain configurations and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Process Improvement and Automation Leadership: Take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning and analytics function. This includes comprehensively mapping and documenting current operational and analytical workflows rigorously identifying inherent inefficiencies bottlenecks and manual processes. Based on this analysis propose develop and lead the implementation of automated solutions and new best practices to enhance speed accuracy and scalability of planning operations.
Bachelors Degree in supply chain logistics operations management mathematics or a related field
2 years experience in the transportation or logistics industry
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Must possess outstanding written and communication skills
Ability to work well with multiple levels of management and employees
Critical-thinking skills and organizational abilities are imperative
Advanced knowledge of Google applications (Docs Sheets and Slides)
Ability to operate custom supply chain software (ALTO PI)
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Ability to analyze demand and choose the most accurate forecasting algorithm.
Ability to understand analysis methods based on statistics such as standard deviation best fit analysis control charts and scatter gram analysis.
Ability to compute rate ratio and percents.
Analytical skills on planned versus actual production and demand as well as forecasting methods.
Ability to write routine business reports and business correspondence in English.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and/or customers.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals using the English language.

The job requires being on-call after normal working hours due to the 24-hour nature of our business.
Rare regional travel with the potential for overnight travel.
