Job Summary Assist with processing of payments

Key Responsibilities Fee Payment Processing

Duties (included but not limited to):

Process daily deposit package so funds are moved to the appropriate accounts for processing

Enter payments in system and distribute to team members for processing

Scan processed payments and other reports into the online imaging system (OnBase) for easy data retrieval

Prepare files for upload in the system

Analyze/review payments for quality control

Work with vendors if/when problems arise during processing

Assist team as needed to meet month end goals/processes

Cross train on other positions within the team and act as backup

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Working knowledge of Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint and OneNote

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Organization skills required

Basic accounting knowledge a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS Requires prolonged sitting some bending stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard photocopier telephone calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Requires lifting papers or boxes up to (XX) pounds occasionally. Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.
