Summary
The Office Manager runs the location. You lead the team protect the schedule enforce standards and deliver results. This is a leadership role with real ownership.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Team
- Hire train coach and hold staff accountable.
- Run daily huddles. Set expectations. Enforce standards.
Run Daily Operations- Own staffing coverage schedules patient flow and day execution.
- Keep the office organized clean and patient-ready.
Drive Patient Experience- Set the service standard.
- Resolve complaints and escalate appropriately.
Control Labor Costs- Manage staffing levels wages and hours to match volume and revenue.
- Control supplies and reduce waste.
Enforce Compliance Safety- Maintain OSHA/HIPAA compliance and required documentation.
- Run a safe incident-free workplace.

Required Qualifications
- Management/supervisory experience (required).
- Customer service leadership experience (required).
- Dental/orthodontic office experience (preferred).
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Russian or Polish fluency (preferred; may be required by location).
Work Schedule
- Full-time.
- Some evenings and occasional weekends based on office needs.
- Local travel may be required.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Clinical environment with exposure to disinfectants/cleaners
