We are looking for an IT/Cybersecurity student to join the ATCO IT Business Application Support Team. Work term starts inMay2026for8 or12-monthperiod in Edmonton.

Assist the IT Business application support team in day-to-day operational and technical support of Oracle Fusion. Provide functional and technical troubleshooting incident resolution and end-user assistance to ensure stable performance of finance and supply chain applications.

Who you are:

  • Mustbe enrolled in aco-op (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university.
  • Enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Information Systems Business Finance Supply Chain or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Communication: comfortable liaising with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Basic SQL skills and familiarity with reporting tools.

  • Interest in cloud ERP systems ideally Oracle Fusion (techno-functional eagerness preferred).

  • Ability to work under supervision within an ITIL-aligned support model (incident change problem management).

What you will do:

  • Offer tier 1 and tier 2 support: incident management triaging to senior analysts and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Analyze functional problems in modules like GL AP Procure-to-Pay and Inventory.
  • Collaborate with project teams infrastructure teams and business users to manage reported issues and track resolutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting integrations (e.g. REST/SOAP APIs OIC) data loader tools (FBDI ADFDI) and BI Publisher query issues
  • Help support OTBI/BI Publisher reports dashboards and SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Support quarterly Fusion updates: help with impact analysis regression testing and deployment under supervision.
  • Support environment management across multiple environments including environment refresh and release activities and environment activity management.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting known issues common troubleshooting steps and building internal knowledge articles.
