We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our team on the Sunshine this role you will support the Front Office leadership team while helping to drive exceptional guest service and smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily front office operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead and support the front office team during shifts
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain high service standards and exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with shift coordination reporting and administration
- Support and coach team members to build a positive team culture
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel front office environment preferred
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) ideally Opera Cloud
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster including mornings afternoons evenings nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional calm and confident approach to challenging situations
