Anderson Outdoor is expanding and seeking a motivated detail oriented entry-level Appointment Setter or Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our sales team.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a long-term career in powersports industry while developing strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries from website leads phone calls and social media platforms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for major unit sales including ATVs UTVs motorcycles mowers and tractors.
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone text and email.
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM system
- Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction standards
- Support the sales team by maintaining a consistent flow of qualified appointments
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with phone-based communication
- Basic computer proficiency (training provided)
- Dependable punctual and detail-orientated
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
