Job Summary

Anderson Outdoor is expanding and seeking a motivated detail oriented entry-level Appointment Setter or Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our sales team.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a long-term career in powersports industry while developing strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries from website leads phone calls and social media platforms.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for major unit sales including ATVs UTVs motorcycles mowers and tractors.
  • Follow up with prospective customers via phone text and email.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM system
  • Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction standards
  • Support the sales team by maintaining a consistent flow of qualified appointments
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with phone-based communication
  • Basic computer proficiency (training provided)
  • Dependable punctual and detail-orientated
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
