DescriptionAre you customer-focused and ready to support underwriting teams in a dynamic international environment As an Underwriting Service Coordinator in Commercial Lines EMEA youll deliver high-quality customer service manage operational functions and help underwriters focus on core tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Domestic and Multinational accounts including administration and program implementation.
- Support underwriters with regulatory compliance and program structure information.
- Prepare and process instructions for new business renewals endorsements invoices and documentation.
- Act as a main contact for internal colleagues and brokers resolving service regulatory tax and credit control queries.
- Assist with projects to improve processes and operations.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and handle ad hoc requests.
QualificationsQualifications
University degree in business finance insurance or a related field is an advantage.
Insurance certification (e.g. CII LOMA or local equivalent) is preferred.
Experience in customer centric role is desired
Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve client issues whether in insurance financial services or other customer-focused industries.
Familiarity with insurance regulations compliance requirements and market practices is helpful but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
Experience handling queries credit control or regulatory/tax issuesthis could be from working with brokers clients or in similar customer support roles.
Participation in process improvement projects or operational enhancements or a demonstrated interest in finding ways to improve service and efficiency.
Exposure to multinational program administration or experience working with international clients or teams is an advantage.
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Languages:
- Proficiency in Swedish and fluent English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
