Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking a Theatre Assistants to join our Theatre team. You will take pride in your work have a friendly and positive work attitude and achieving high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in this faced paced and varied environment.

As a Theatre Assistant your responsibilities will include:

Delivering excellent service and care to patients

Maintain and clean theatre equipment

Liaise within a multi-disciplinary team

Ensuring patient and staff safety

Sound knowledge of theatre equipment and safe use practices

Proven troubleshooting skills

Process organisational skills and complete documentation to a high standard

Essential Criteria:

  • Authority to Work in Australia
  • Experience in a hospital environment (desirable)
  • Working with Children check
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well independently and within a team
