As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels including phone email chat and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products services and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products or services
- Offer solutions and alternatives to customers as needed
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams or management as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other teams including sales marketing and technical support
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service technology
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (dependent on company requirements)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer service software and technology
- Familiarity with a specific industry or product
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CCNA CSAT)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
