The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership for Mathematics delivering an ambitious and intellectually rigorous curriculum that builds confidence fluency and strong problem-solving skills. They will inspire both students and colleagues ensuring consistently high standards of teaching learning and achievement across all key stages.

Lead and manage the Maths department setting a clear strategic vision for curriculum development and teaching excellence.
Deliver outstanding Maths teaching across KS3KS5 including GCSE and A-Level.
Mentor support and develop departmental colleagues fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Monitor student progress and attainment using assessment data to inform teaching and raise achievement.

Essential Requirements
A degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Substantial experience teaching Maths at secondary level including GCSE and A-Level.
Proven leadership experience or a clear readiness to lead a department.
A genuine passion for mathematics and high-quality education.
