Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Maths department setting a clear strategic vision for curriculum development and teaching excellence.

• Deliver outstanding Maths teaching across KS3KS5 including GCSE and A-Level.

• Mentor support and develop departmental colleagues fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Monitor student progress and attainment using assessment data to inform teaching and raise achievement.

• Essential Requirements

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
