We are working with a leading mixed secondary school in Camden recruiting for a permanent HR Manager for an ASAP start. This is a senior support staff role reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

The Role You will lead the HR function managing a small team to deliver a high-quality personnel service.
Start Date: ASAP (Full-time Permanent)
Key responsibilities include:
Employee Relations: Providing expert advice to SLT on complex casework including disciplinary grievance and capability procedures.
Strategic Recruitment: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the school attracts top-tier teaching and support talent.
Policy Development: Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with the latest UK employment law and DfE guidance.
Compliance: Maintaining a robust Single Central Record (SCR) in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
Salary Range:(M1 UPS3 equivalent)
