Key Responsibilities

As a Midday Meal Supervisor in Harlow you will be responsible for:

  5. Provide Emotional Support

  6. Health Safety and First Aid

    • Administer basic first aid if required (training provided)

    • Report accidents incidents or safeguarding concerns promptly

  7. Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with teachers teaching assistants and other lunchtime staff

    • Follow school routines to ensure smooth transitions between lunch play and lessons

  8. Maintaining Routine and Structure

    • Support consistent lunchtime routines
