Were seeking a capable and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at RAAF Base Amberley Ipswich. This is a full-time leadership role in a structured Defence environment ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams delivering quality service and maintaining high standards.

Youll be supported with comprehensive training and work alongside an experienced collaborative team committed to excellence.

The Position
Full-time supervisory role overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations
Lead motivate and support team members to maintain productivity and service standards
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and workplace safety requirements
Support functions and events ensuring smooth service delivery

The Person
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (minimum 1 year)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident communicator with sound email and basic systems experience
Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management
Holds a valid drivers licence full-time working rights and a proactive positive attitude
