Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Adelaide office while also supporting other APAC locations as required

  • Plan coordinate and deliver internal events and corporate engagements including in-house activities team luncheons celebrations and regional conferences

  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management liaising with building management maintenance teams and external service providers

  • Manage domestic and international travel coordination for employees ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance

  • Oversee and support the end-to-end procurement process (demand-to-pay) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Maintain manage and continuously enhance supplier and vendor management frameworks

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality cost optimisation delivery timelines and stakeholder experience working closely with internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate office management workplace operations or administrative support role within a professional or corporate environment

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate setting with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat and relevant corporate collaboration and communication platforms

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation including senior leadership and external partners

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in representing the office and acting as a professional point of contact
