Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Adelaide office while also supporting other APAC locations as required
Plan coordinate and deliver internal events and corporate engagements including in-house activities team luncheons celebrations and regional conferences
Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management liaising with building management maintenance teams and external service providers
Manage domestic and international travel coordination for employees ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance
Oversee and support the end-to-end procurement process (demand-to-pay) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Maintain manage and continuously enhance supplier and vendor management frameworks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality cost optimisation delivery timelines and stakeholder experience working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate office management workplace operations or administrative support role within a professional or corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate setting with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat and relevant corporate collaboration and communication platforms
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation including senior leadership and external partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in representing the office and acting as a professional point of contact
