Job Summary
Were Hiring: Team Leader Outbound Sales (BPO)
On-site Pasig CBD
Night Shift

Were looking for experienced Outbound Sales Team Leaders to drive performance coach high-impact sales teams and deliver consistent revenue results in a fast-paced BPO environment.
What Youll Do
Lead and manage an Outbound Sales team to hit and exceed targets
Oversee outbound sales campaigns with a strong focus on conversion and productivity
Monitor dialer performance and sales funnel metrics (connect pitch conversion)
Coach motivate and develop agents through regular performance feedback
Ensure compliance with sales quality and process standards
Provide performance insights and reports to management
What Were Looking For
35 years BPO experience
At least 3 years as a Team Leader handling Outbound Sales
Direct experience managing Outbound Sales campaigns
Telco sales experience preferred
Strong understanding of dialer operations and sales funnel management
Proven leadership and coaching skills
Work Setup
On-site (15 mins from Mega Mall)
Night shift
