Designation: Senior Software Engineer / Lead
Experience: 3 8 Years
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid Model)

What You Will Do:

Own the Code: Design and build scalable microservices that handle millions of transactions globally.
Global Collaboration: Work directly with product teams in the US/EU to define features-no middle management layers.
Innovate: Transition legacy monoliths to cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).

Who We Are Looking For:

The Techie: Strong hands-on experience in Java/Python and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
The Problem Solver: Experience with distributed systems high-latency solutions and cloud infrastructure (Docker Kubernetes).
The Communicator: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to global stakeholders.
