Job Summary
We are seeking a domain-led Business Analyst with experience in Insurance industry to define functional scope at the EPIC and Feature level for Oracle Fusion based platform initiatives. This role focuses on enabling effort estimation sequencing and investment planning-not detailed design or system configuration. The successful candidate will facilitate structured workshops with business stakeholders and translate operational and regulatory requirements into estimation-ready functional scope for Oracle solution and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate functional scoping workshops with prevention assessments claims policy and compliance teams
Define and maintain EPIC and Feature hierarchies (in-scope / out-of-scope rules dependencies integrations data reporting)
Translate business and regulatory requirements into estimation-ready functional scope
Partner with Oracle architects to validate assumptions complexity drivers and phasing scenarios
Produce scope and sizing artifacts to support effort estimates and investment cases
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion or large-scale platform modernization (Oracle Guidewire SAP Duckcreek)
Familiarity with enterprise integration workflow and data architecture concepts
