Business Development CO-OP Student

WHATS THE JOB

Were seeking a motivated and detailoriented Coop student to join our Sales Enablement team for the Spring/Summer term. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys research data analysis storytelling through insights and contributing to highimpact materials that support business development. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders sales teams and subject matter experts across the organization.

• Gather and analyze operational and performance data to support the development of client case studies.
• Conduct research on industry trends within facilities management and the built environment.
• Support the development of sector insights across education government and commercial sectors.
• Help identify strong success stories from Dexterras client accounts.
• Conduct internal interviews with operational leaders to gather project insights.
• Draft and structure client case studies that highlight measurable outcomes and the value delivered.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect client testimonials and supporting performance metrics.
• Support the Sales Enablement team in developing white papers research briefs and industry insight reports.
• Compile data research and trend analyses to contribute to thought leadership content.

Qualifications :

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Preferably a 3rd or 4thyear student in Business Marketing Communications Economics Data Science Public Policy or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort conducting interviews and gathering information from diverse internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is an asset.
