Job Summary
Job Summary (Unqork Engineer):
- Support and maintain a large enterprise Underwriting platform built on Unqork.
- Troubleshoot triage and resolve Level 3 production incidents in Unqork.
- Analyze and resolve issues across Unqork forms workflows rules data mappings and UI logic.
- Support and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Unqork and external systems.
- Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates such as rule logic module updates and UI fixes.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts QA and cross-functional technical teams (including Spring Boot Boomi and Integration teams).
- Participate in release cycles validation and production deployments.
- Work closely with client SMEs and Underwriters to resolve functional and business queries.
- Maintain technical documentation runbooks and configuration inventories.
- Utilize strong skills in Unqork configuration JSON APIs payload debugging and integration troubleshooting.
- Analyze system logs behaviors and cross-system data flows.
- Experience with event-driven workflows and tools such as Postman Splunk/ELK or Browser DevTools.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving communication and client-handling skills.
