Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide hands-on electrical support for installation modification startup and turnover of production equipment
Lead and supervise equipment installation activities including demolition construction testing and debugging
Troubleshoot electrical and automation system issues during installation and startup
Interpret electrical schematics and drawings to support equipment diagnostics
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system functionality
Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout all installation activities

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Technology Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of manufacturing experience with process and automation equipment
Ability to work hands-on with tools instruments and alignment devices
Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
