Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop edit research and maintain policy and procedural documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure policies remain current and aligned
- Manage projects including new business initiatives site design and P&P transitions
- Coordinate business meetings document minutes and ensure task completion
- Deliver training to internal and external departments
- Perform data analytics data mining and reporting to identify trends and insights
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in policy/procedure documentation and governance
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Power Automate and SharePoint
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
