Position Summary
The Manager of Nursing Administration provides hands-on leadership to ensure the delivery of safe high-quality patient-centered care while supporting staff development operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee staff scheduling and daily departmental operations
Partner with nursing and hospital leadership to support service growth
Mentor evaluate and develop nursing team members
Maintain readiness for surveys compliance and patient safety standards
Monitor and improve patient employee and physician satisfaction
Collaborate with support departments to enhance workflow and quality outcomes
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years RN experience including at least 1 year in acute care
1 2 years of leadership or management experience
BSN in progress or near completion
Active California RN License
BLS ACLS and PALS (AHA) required
CPI certification required within 30 days of hire
National RN certification preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $135000 $192000
