About the Opportunity

TOPTAL CARE Inc is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Albuquerque New Mexico. This opportunity is ideal for LPNs looking for a flexible schedule consistent hours and a supportive long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with admissions discharges and care planning.
Document patient care accurately in the EMR system.
Collaborate with RNs CNAs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Follow infection control safety and facility protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications

Active LPN license (NM license or compact state).
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
Current BLS certification.
Ability to commit to a full 13-week assignment.
Willingness to work any three days per week and every other weekend.
