Pay Rate: $40.00 per Hour

Job summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week contract assignment at Bennington Care Center. The LPN will provide direct patient care support the healthcare team and ensure high-quality care for residents during the evening shift.

Job duties:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Monitor patient health vital signs and report changes to the RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and comfort
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Requirements:

Active LPN License required
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
