Position Overview:
Casa Real is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team for a 15-week contract assignment. This position offers consistent night shifts and guaranteed weekly hours in a supportive healthcare environment.
Job Duties:
- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs symptoms and health progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene mobility and comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support the healthcare team in patient assessments and care planning.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare staff regarding patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- BLS certification required
