Position Overview:

Casa Real is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team for a 15-week contract assignment. This position offers consistent night shifts and guaranteed weekly hours in a supportive healthcare environment.

Job Duties:

Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs symptoms and health progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene mobility and comfort.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Support the healthcare team in patient assessments and care planning.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare staff regarding patient care.

Requirements:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
BLS certification required
